By downloading or using Dermaglow, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. This is our custom End User License Agreement (EULA) and applies in place of Apple's standard EULA.
Dermaglow is a personal skincare assistant powered by AI. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dermaglow.
Dermaglow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical concerns.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Dermaglow offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Dermaglow Plus and Dermaglow Pro, billed monthly) and a one-time Dermaglow Lifetime purchase, all billed through the App Store. Subscription payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Credits are consumed when you use AI features; unused credits do not roll over beyond the policy stated in your subscription plan. Refunds are handled by Apple subject to their policies.
Photos and data you submit remain yours. By using Dermaglow you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service, including sending your photos to our AI processing partners (see our Privacy Policy for the full list) strictly to generate your analysis. We do not sell your personal data or photos to third parties, and we do not permit our AI partners to use your photos to train their models.
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app, attempt to circumvent credit limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dermaglow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
